DECISION
On the promulgation of the Regulations on the functions, duties, powers, organizational structure and staffing of the Department of Finance – Planning of Dong Hoa Town
PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF DONG HOA TOWN
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Government dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to Decree No. 37/2014/ND-CP dated May 5, 2014 of the Government on regulations on the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of districts, towns, provincial cities; Decree No. 108/2020/ND-CP dated September 14, 2020, of the Government amending and supplementing several articles of Decree No. 37/2014/ND-CP dated May 5, 2014, of the Government on regulations on the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of districts, towns, provincial cities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016, of the Government detailing several articles and measures for the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, of the Government amending and supplementing several articles of Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016, of the Government detailing several articles and measures for the implementation of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2022/TT-BTC dated January 28, 2022, of the Minister of Finance providing guidance on the functions, duties, and powers of local financial agencies under the Provincial and District People's Committees; Circular No. 05/2022/TT-BKHDT dated May 6, 2022, of the Minister of Planning and Investment providing guidance on the functions, duties, and powers of the Department of Planning and Investment under the Provincial People’s Committee and the Department of Finance – Planning under the District People’s Committee;
According to the proposal of the Head of the Department of Finance – Planning as per Document No. 87/TTr-TCKH dated August 23, 2022
DECIDES THAT:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Regulations on the functions, duties, powers, organizational structure and staffing of the Department of Finance – Planning of Dong Hoa Town.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect after 07 days from the date of signing and shall replace Decision No. 07/2016/QD-UBND dated September 15, 2016, of the People's Committee of Dong Hoa District on the promulgation of the Regulations on the functions, duties, powers, organizational structure and staffing of the Department of Finance – Planning of the district.
Article 3. The Chief of the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee of the town, the Head of the Department of Home Affairs of the town, the Head of the Department of Finance – Planning of the town, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
